Overview of International Church of the Foursquare Gospel

The International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, or “the Foursquare Church,” is an expression of Pentecostalism in the evangelical Protestant tradition.

Founded in 1927 by Aimee McPherson (1890-1944), the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel has over 8 million members worldwide in over 140 countries. It's name refers to a four-part image based on the first chapter of the Old Testament book Ezekiel.
